The sawmill workshop of a furniture factory produces dust consisting of sawdust and wood fibers, with a temperature of ≤ 50 ℃ and no corrosive gases. Using polyester coated filter bags (surface treated with water and oil repellent properties), the filtration efficiency reaches 99%, effectively preventing wood chips from adhering to the filter bags. It is also easy to clean and has low maintenance costs. A single dust removal system can save approximately 20000 yuan in consumables costs annually.
