In the packaging machine area of a certain cement product factory, the dust is cement fine powder (particle size<20 μ m), temperature ≤ 60 ℃, and there is no acid-base corrosion. Using polyester needle punched felt filter bags (air permeability 12-15m ³/m ²/min), combined with pulse dust cleaning, the dust emission concentration is controlled below 20mg/m ³, and the filter bag replacement cycle reaches 1.5 years, meeting environmental requirements while reducing operating costs.
