Xinyu Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.'s Xinyu 7 # 360m ² sintering machine is the world's first set of sintering head flue gas bag dust removal, pollution reduction and carbon reduction demonstration project. The project was put into operation in September 2021, using a bag filter equipped with specially developed high-temperature fine composite filter materials, which may include acrylic filter bags or their composite filter materials. The system is equipped with various support facilities, which can cope with complex conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, high corrosion, easy condensation, Mars threat, and large fluctuations in working conditions. It has achieved a continuous stable dust emission concentration of less than 10mg/m ³ at the equipment outlet, providing favorable conditions and sufficient guarantees for the long-term stable and efficient operation of downstream desulfurization and denitrification ultra-low emission systems.
